The missiles cost 100 credits each and weigh 1 kg. The PLX-1 Missile/Rocket Launcher uses a special missile that must be reloaded using a Full-Round Action after each shot is fired. A target with the Evasion Talent takes half damage on a hit, and no damage on a miss. Targets hit by the blast take full damage, while missed targets take half damage. When you make an area attack with a launcher, make a single attack roll and compare the result to the Reflex Defense of every target in the missile’s 2-Square Burst radius. In addition, wheeled rocket launchers were used in war that were capable.
Switching between Gravity-Activated Mode and Dumb-Fire mode takes one Swift Action to perform. The Congreve rocket was a type of rocket artillery designed by British inventor Sir William. If you scroll down the list to "launcher" and then select "Rocket Launcher," you'll have a shortcut on your screen that'll run the space-themed app navigator. To increase its utility somewhat you can slow down its speed by tapping the screen, which makes it a bit easier to poke at the app you're looking for.
