The missiles cost 100 credits each and weigh 1 kg. The PLX-1 Missile/Rocket Launcher uses a special missile that must be reloaded using a Full-Round Action after each shot is fired. A target with the Evasion Talent takes half damage on a hit, and no damage on a miss. Targets hit by the blast take full damage, while missed targets take half damage. When you make an area attack with a launcher, make a single attack roll and compare the result to the Reflex Defense of every target in the missile’s 2-Square Burst radius. In addition, wheeled rocket launchers were used in war that were capable.

Switching between Gravity-Activated Mode and Dumb-Fire mode takes one Swift Action to perform. The Congreve rocket was a type of rocket artillery designed by British inventor Sir William. PLX-1 Missiles have a 2-Square Burst radius. The PLX-1 Missile/Rocket Launcher can also fire in the traditional “Dumb-Fire” mode. If the third attack misses, the rocket detonates harmlessly. If the rocket misses a second time, it will make a third attempt the following round, but with a -10 penalty. If the first attack misses, on the following round the rocket makes a second attack using the same attack bonus, but with a -5 penalty (You do not need to spend an Action to make this attack). If the weapon is aimed at a repulsorlift vehicle prior to firing, the rocket will acquire a target-lock and track its target independently. The launcher was specifically designed to home-in on repulsorlift signatures using its Gravity-Activated Mode (GAM). This over-the-shoulder portable missile launcher was used by Republic forces during the Clone Wars.

Maybe someday we'll see a hack to let you use this when you click the home button, but for now you'll need to get your laughs in from the shortcut.Homebrew Reference Book: Clone Wars Saga Edition Fan Sourcebook - Equipment If you want in on the fun, all you need to do is install and run LauncherPro and make a desktop shortcut by holding down on the screen and choosing "shortcuts" and then "activities." If you scroll down the list to "launcher" and then select "Rocket Launcher," you'll have a shortcut on your screen that'll run the space-themed app navigator. To increase its utility somewhat you can slow down its speed by tapping the screen, which makes it a bit easier to poke at the app you're looking for. It's not the first Easter egg that we've seen in ICS (see second YouTube video below), and it's a bit crazy, but it's also undeniably awesome. Instead of going with the herd and swiping through staid pages of apps and widgets, now you can watch a Star Wars hyperspeed-esque spacescape and pick your apps as they come flying by you, thanks to a hidden launcher in Ice Cream Sandwich.
